At ALT Air Freshner, we want your home to smell exactly how you envisioned. If you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the air freshener units and refills in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
